The client is this: It is a steam client that connects to one of our own servers, which have a copy of what the steam servers have. So, you can play on our servers, or on steam's original servers. It is basically a copy of all of steam. Unpatchable. XD

it would take some work, and it would be the same as reconfiguring IE dlls... why does it matter? ;)

its because of several reasons: 1) He steals people's cracks and uses them in his OWN steam client, and does not give credit 2) He tries to brainwash people about NWO shit (nazis are gonna kill us, blablabla...) 3) He is a rude, dumb, uneducated SOB. XD I tried to help him out long ago...

that may help, but it is risky and may tamper with the functions of steam. What I would do: Delete all source GCFs, and redownload them. This may have happened because of a minor/major steam update (most likely). Hope i helped. :)
