Ballmer snubbed from '100 best CEOs' list

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is not included in the Harvard Business Review's list of the world's 100 best-performing chief executives, in the upcoming January-February issue. To add insult to injury, CEO No. 1 was Apple's Steve Jobs.
