Can somebody please tell me how to get Empire: Total War, with UnDead Patch

Okay, so I got the undead patch, and attempted to download 2 games, and make note of a few others. The two games: Empire: TW, and ArmA 2, both landed me with the "Steam Servers are current;y too busy" blah blah blah.... After doing my research, I discovered would need 2 download the .GCF and .NCF correct? Also, where can I get those files for Empire: TW, because this site doesn't have them. Also, I would be willing to switch patches, it doesn't make a difference, but please help!

You only need the gfc.
You can easily get the nfc in the mini nfc's pack.
