Change Password for any user account on windows on ur own account
I think that this only works for XP and u might have to be an administrator to do this but anyways...
for this way u don't need to know the account's password that u want to change in order to change it
1. open run in start menu
2. type: cmd
3. type: net user
4. find user that u want to change password for this example we'll use titangodmachine
5. then type: net user titangodmachine *
6. it'll ask u to type a password for user
7. type again to comfirm
..and again i'm not sure if u have to be an admin or not on the computer for this to work...
