Help with a download manager.

I just installed a new download manager. I want to download a file faster but it asks for the download's URL to download it. How do I find a file's download URL?

err what download manager are you using and the download url should be basicaly that; the url for the download. ie download url for numb instrumental (linken park song) is rapidshare.com/files/287037003/Numb_Encore_Instrumental.mp3

Or it's not meant for downloading this?

It doesn't matter i already downloaded it SLOWLY!

How can I find the URL of any download that's basically the question.
