The co-op arcade action game, FORCED has come out of Early Access after a month of working closely with customer feedback, adding a variety of language support, and fine-tuning the gameplay.
Forced is described as a one- to four-player co-op arcade action RPG with puzzle and tactical elements. You are cast as slaves in the toughest fantasy gladiator school of them all, condemned to fight to the death, all the while attempting to win your freedom. You will face deadly trials and huge creatures, but Balfus, your Spirit Mentor will guide you in your quest to break the chains of oppression.
Coming out of Early Access doesn’t mean the developers intend to stop working on the game. In fact, the first thing you’ll see when launching the game is a list of all new features that the development steam still plans to add to the game over time.
Starting out as a small college team, the developers have been working on the game since 2010. You can follow their path in this illustrated visualization of the ups and downs of building and shipping a game as an indie team.
