it's from united-cheaters. so i try this but i sned it at the wrong time(USA01:43)
valve send me a automatic mail said their customer service works at 08~17.

lol, this tutorial is asking you to send the clientregistry.blob, plus the keys needed to decrypt any saved passwords in it. That is actually very tricky.
