Over write home files in Steam

I was wondering if anyone could tell me which files to overwrite in steam so that it thinks i have all of the games. i saw it done and i was really impressed by my friend, but he was being a d bag and wont help me out.

well download the undead patch and then put it in your steam folder and activate it but
you need GCF and NCF files to play all the games
