It will be installed under tools in Steam if you setup SMD correctly.

OK, i installed smd and this, everything shows up how it should but when i resume the downloadint it just desnt want to download (also tryed to launch it -server too busy error) does anyone have a solution to this?

I am downloading this SDK, is this the SDK who makes some upgrades, the cost of this upgrade in TRUE Steam is 6 U$S??? I donґt know how to install this thing, I have Undead Patch, and donґt know how to install, do I have just to put this archives into the carpet called Steamapps an its all? That Is It All??? GigaMod those files are outdated, you need newest files! I can give link:
