Definitely a fake/Trojan look at the amount of ratings there are on comments. Will post some more details after i have look at the file. Also there's no such thing as a steam account editor.

I've tried it. no viruses,maleware,spyware,trojan etc. The problem is that you need to buy a game thats legit. Even if you download a free legit game with a nividia product it only counts as a demo.

If you really dont trust it buy a cheap game like Half-Life 1 for like $5-$10.
