Steam Cafe test needed *NOT FAKE*

Today i was surfing on YOUTUBE and tryed to find a way to get a free Steam cafe Account , i think i have found a way but still im not so sure if it works , if it will be approved as a full working Cafe Crack then we can have new game account with unbanned VAC statuses
So feel free to comment. (Sorry for my bad english , im czech)
