Steam with NBA 2K9

Looking for some information on this. If there is anyway to get it free off of steam(threw some cracked steam) threw this SMS thing I have read about witch I still am unaware what it is. If not I am interested in obtaining a legit account with the game on it if anyone has one to get rid of then PM with an offer. The game is only 20$ USD I won't give much.

I dont think that game is steams type of stile most of the biz coming from steam are valve products
