I have coded my own undetected harware spoofer for getting around PB bans.
Though I will not release it..
I will tell you.
Make an account on steam.
Go to the link corresponding to your video card model.
Login to your brand new account.
Register your promo offer.
Is that all..?

After registering your promo, You can make a new account, login and use a hardware spoofer (such as PBdownforce) to register this offer on more than one account on the same PC. (spoof) (Update) (register offer).
then make another account and do it again.
Remember to unspoof login and re-spoof then click the update button.
