Activate or something?

Just a quick question, is there a way I can download a game and put it into my actual steam account, or find some activation codes to put into steam or something.

Useful good games instead of using Steam up.

So there's no way to download anything and some how patch it or crack it to the account?

well, you can always steal a cd-key from a shop, write it down on some paper and activate it at home
this can not be done for all games!
