Computer freezing madness

Hey all guys. I am playing right now some PC games, and i really like them. I have re-installed my windows, installed those games and started playing. If i play for 5 minutes my computer freezes and keyboards commands don't work. The only way to make my PC work normally again is restarting it. What should i try doing to fix this?

P.S. my PC is more better then the requirements for the game, and i have no lags so i don't think it is because of my computer performance.
