Gmod errors HELP PLS

Hi guys!

i have a big problem.
I downloaded synapse rip of gmod,and downloaded the wiremod that is in "GMOD DOWNLOADS" menu at freesteam.org,but when i try to wire,i got lots of error,and nothing works.

I got one more problem.
Every time i open up Q menu,i got a GAMEMODE errormessage!

PLS HELP!

What you can try is using the SVN of wire
SVN client TortoiseSVN
SVN of wire follow stuff here
Wiremod Svn Guide

edit it also might be that your missing a source game/file
