HL2EP2 help needed

Hi there!
I have a big problem: I've downloaded all the needed GCFs for Ep2 from JBC explorer [ by Psykokwak ] . I put it into steam, start the download but its only writes start download and the stucks there. What should I do? PLS help I want to play Ep2 in this week, or tomorrow if pssible

You will need to get up to date GCFs they are located in the GCFs section. I think you are also missing files, so please POST WHAT YOU HAVE! Help us help you!

Well you do seem to have everything you need, but I dont know if they are up to date. Did you download those form the FTP that is located on a thread in the GCF section?

not all, only the ep2-s gcf, all the others are updated straightly from steam

Get TF toolbox and checl if every gcf is at 100% (It will only take u 10 seconds, don't worry)

If you think that's a long list, you should take a look at echo's and mine collection. We have pretty much a dump of the steam content server lol

Thanx i checked the ep2 files they are near 99% but i cant resume the download bcus it says download error. To every source based game. Non-source games are downloading.
What is wrong?

Make an archive of the ep2 file with cf toolbox and i'll give u a patch

which? bcus I have three needed files, 2 of a size about 1,3-1,5 gb and one about 500 MB

It's not hard...
Just make a archive. Right clik on teh incomplete gcfs, update ==> create archive
