How to patch a rented css server

I have rented a css server. i would like to patch it, to allow non steam clients to be able to play....all the how to are for dedicated servers...could some point me in right direction to patch a rented server?????

YOu can'T patch a "rented" server.
Just self created servers on an real server can be patched

hmmm i have a rented one right now that the server provider setup....
