Non Steam Source sdk Help me?

hi everyone

I've friends in full sdk. total 1.18GB
sdk files in this pasted directly into cssource folder.
I can not run. Please help.

source sdk base.gcf
sourcesdk.gcf


Paste the contents of the folder where these three?
Please get your 2 minutes will not get one picture described

You must put them in the steamapps folder not in the cssource folder cuse steam wont detect them if you put them in there.
