Source SDK help

OK so I had it for a long time
and I'm working on a mod
but 2 days ago after the level finished compiling it would say loading
then it would give me a crash window
when i opens half life 2 on hammer and ran a map it worked just fine

anyone know whats wrong?

Open CF Toolbox and check that everything is the current version, source SDK was updated recently from v39 to v40.
