Cracked GTA4 works online?

So usualy when you download MP games and crack them, you can play on cracked servers. Does this also work with GTA IV?
I've tried Google, but I could only get comments on diffrent torrent-sites, like "CAN I HAS MULTIPLAYAR WIV TEH CRACK!??!?!!?11+".

Yes, using an offine Windows Live Games acc and hamachi.

Ended up buying the game. I felt like I had to buy something since everything were going to cost like three times more than before

The multiplayer aspects of GTA IV are not that good. I only bought the game for the single player game.

I think the MP part is alot of fun if you play with friends/teamwork.
But I also bought the game primarily for the SP.
