How big is the G-Mod File

I used the Undead Patch with Steam, but when I clicky G-Mod, then clicky install, it says:

Disk Space needed 4000 and something megabytes. Does this mean it's gonna take up 4gb of bandwidth to install it? Cos my friend has the file and it's a total of 90mb, and he installed the exact same thing. Just curious cos i only have 10gb of Bandwidth for the month and i dont wanna waste it.

i know it's a n00b question but Im new to Steam,

G-mod's GCF is having 90 mb but you must download other GCFs like source models ,source materials , source sounds and base source engine 2
