How do I make Gmod (Latest version - From steam) standalone, with 400MB of Download left?

My 400MB prevents me from downloading a torrent.
I only want a standalone version so I can play it in single player when I'm disconnected from the internet.
I saw a tutorial on here but it was so complicated.
My Base Source game I use is Counter Strike: Source to run Garry's Mod.
and I have GCFExplorer.

I have all these GCFs:
base source engine 2
counter-Strike source client
counter-strike source shared
garrysmod Content
source 2007 binaries
source 2007 shared materials
source 2007 shared models
source 2007 shared sounds
source dedicated server
source engine
source materials
source models
source sdk base
source sounds

I have others but I don't think they have anything to do with this (Condition zero, ect)

Please give me a fully step by step tutorial. Like a sentence long step.

Also, I meant standalone without steam.

As I know,it is impossible.Though i am not sure,i don't have garry's mod myself

1. You can play Gmod 9 for free.
2. You can download Gmod 10 from Steam and start Steam in Offline-Mode.
